Responsibilities
- Receive and check shipment information
- Prepare import and export documents and file declarations on ECUS/VNACCS
- Follow up and resolve issues, working with the related departments
- Advise customers on customs procedures
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant field
- Experience is an advantage
- Proactive and responsible, able to work under pressure
- Proficient in office software and the related systems
