1. What the website is for

The website presents the company and its logistics services, and offers industry news for reference. It does not sell online and takes no payments.

2. Information on the website

News consists of summaries of press articles (with their source and a link to the original) and overviews of legal documents. It is for reference only and is not legal, tax or customs advice. Laws may change after an article is published. Check the original document, or contact C.A.S, before you make a decision.
Service processes and document lists describe the general case. Actual requirements depend on the shipment, the route and the rules in force at the time.
We try to keep the information accurate and current. We do not guarantee that the website is complete, free of errors or always available.

3. Quotes

A quote request sent through the website is only a request.
No quote binds C.A.S until C.A.S confirms it in writing, as a formal quotation, a contract or a confirmed booking. This includes any reply by email or phone.
Each quotation has its own validity period and conditions, stated in that document.
The website does not publish fixed prices.

4. Ownership of content

C.A.S content. Text, layout, logo and trade name written or owned by C.A.S belong to C.A.S. You may view and print them, and share links, for personal or internal business use. Republishing or commercial reuse needs C.A.S’s written consent.
Photographs. The photographs are openly licensed works by other authors. Their authors, licences and sources are listed on the Image credits page. If you reuse them, follow each photo’s licence.
Press articles. Copyright in the original press articles belongs to their authors and publishers.

5. Links to other sites

The website links to other sites, such as news publishers, government agencies, Google Maps and social networks. C.A.S does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or policies.

6. Acceptable use

try to gain unauthorised access to its systems;
disrupt its operation.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. If a dispute arises, we will first try to settle it by negotiation. If that fails, the dispute goes to the competent authority in Vietnam.
