This policy explains what personal data the caslogistics.com.vn website collects, what it is used for, where and how long it is kept, and what rights you have. It follows Vietnam’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 91/2025/QH15 (in force since 1 January 2026) and Decree 356/2025/ND-CP, which details that law. The Vietnamese version prevails.

2. What we receive and how

When you send the Contact or Quote form

Contact form: your name, email, phone number (optional), subject and message.
Quote form: your name, company, email, phone number, the service you need and your message. The message usually includes shipment details such as the route, cargo type, weight and dates.

The website does not store form data. When you press send, the website opens the email app on your device with the form filled in. You then press Send in that app, and the message travels through your own email provider to the company mailbox.

When you call or email us directly: we receive what you give us.

When you visit the website

The web server keeps access logs: IP address, time, page requested and browser type.
These logs are used only to run and secure the system.
They are deleted on the server’s rotation schedule.

What the website does not use

No analytics or tracking tools, such as Google Analytics.
No advertising or social-media pixels.
No cookies of its own.

3. Data that stays on your device

Light/dark theme: your choice is saved in your browser’s storage (localStorage, key cas-theme). It is never sent anywhere. You can remove it by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
“Quick help” assistant: it runs entirely in your browser. What you type is matched against a built-in list of questions on your own device. Your questions are not sent to our server or to anyone else, and they are not stored.

4. Third-party services

Google Maps. The Contact page embeds a Google Maps map.

When the map loads, your browser connects to Google. Google may record your IP address and set cookies under Google’s Privacy Policy.
The map loads only when you scroll near it.
If you prefer not to connect to Google, the address is written next to the map.

Links to other sites (news publishers, social networks, Google Maps) follow those sites’ own policies.

5. Purposes

We use the data you send only to:

answer your questions and send quotes;
get back to you about your request;
carry out a service contract if we sign one with you.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for marketing without your separate consent. We do not share it with others, with two exceptions:

when sharing is needed to deliver the service you asked for, such as consignee details for a carrier or the customs authority;
when a competent authority requires it by law.

6. Legal basis

Consent. You send the form or email yourself, after being told about this policy. That is your consent for the purposes in section 5.
Contract. If we sign a contract with you, the data it needs is processed to perform that contract.
Legal obligations. Some records must be kept by law, such as accounting and customs documents.

7. Where and how long data is kept

Where

The website and the company mail server are hosted by a provider in Vietnam (Nhân Hòa).
Your message also passes through your own email provider. That provider may be outside Vietnam and is outside our control.

How long

We keep messages and contact details only as long as we need them to answer you and serve the business relationship.
After that we delete them, except records the law requires us to keep longer.

8. Your rights

Under Article 4 of the Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to:

be informed about the processing of your data;
give, refuse or withdraw consent;
view and correct your data, or ask us to correct it;
ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it or restrict its processing;
object to the processing;
complain, report or sue, and claim compensation as provided by law;
ask for measures to protect your data.

To make a request, email vicky@caslogistics.com.vn or call the hotline. We may ask for details to confirm that you are the data subject. We will reply within the time limit set by law. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was carried out before.

9. Security

The website is served over encrypted HTTPS.
The website has no database of customer information.
Only the staff responsible can access the mailbox that receives requests.
If personal data is ever exposed, we will notify the competent authority and the people affected as the law requires.

10. Changes

We will update this page, and the date at the top, whenever the website changes how it handles data. Examples include adding statistics tools or moving the forms to a form-handling service.
